Returns and Refunds Policy

Last updated: 10 March 2026

At Cudeman we manufacture and distribute high-quality cutlery, subject to strict manufacturing and legality controls.
However, if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have a period of 14 calendar days to request a return or exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legislation in force.

1. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to give any reason.

To exercise this right, they must send an email to info@cudeman.com  stating:

  • Order number.

  • Full name.

  • Date of purchase and receipt.

  • Reason for the return (optional).

Once the request has been received, Cudeman will send detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2. Conditions for accepting returns

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, untouched, unsharpened and unassembled.

  • It must retain its original packaging, labels and all included accessories.

  • It must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • The customer must include a copy of the proof of purchase or invoice.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

  • Used, modified or sharpened.

  • Personalised or made to special order.

  • Showing natural wear or damage due to lack of maintenance.

3. Return costs

The customer shall bear the return shipping costs, as transport is a service external to Cudeman.

In the case of defects covered by the lifetime warranty, the customer must also bear the cost of shipping to the factory. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the repair or replacement will be carried out at no additional cost.

4. Return procedure

  1. Request the return within the 14 calendar day period by sending an email to info@cudeman.com.

  2. Wait for the instructions with the exact return address.

  3. Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transport.

  4. Once the item is received at our facilities, it will be inspected to verify its condition.

  5. If it meets the conditions, a refund or replacement will be processed, as applicable.

5. Refunds

Once the return has been approved, Cudeman will issue the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of an error or issue attributable to Cudeman (wrong product or a defect confirmed by the factory).

6. Products damaged during shipping

If the order arrives damaged, the customer must report it immediately at the time of delivery, providing:

  • Photographs of the damaged product.

  • Photographs of the packaging and the shipping label.

Claims must be sent exclusively to info@cudeman.com.
Claims submitted after this point or without photographic documentation will not be processed.

7. Lifetime warranty

All Cudeman products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing or material defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse or abuse of the product.

  • Natural wear or intensive use.

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

  • Tampering or incorrect sharpening.

Example: if a pocket knife is used intensively on a daily basis and the blade wears down or is used for prying, this will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

To process a warranty claim, the customer must send the product to the factory, bearing the shipping costs. If the defect is confirmed, the repair or replacement will be free of charge.

8. Exceptions

For legal reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalised or engraved knives or pocket knives.

  • Products made to special order.

  • Items showing signs of use, tampering or sharpening.

Any dispute will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Albacete (Spain), unless the law provides otherwise.
