This Shipping Policy governs the delivery conditions and warranties for products purchased through the official website of Cudeman, with registered address at C. B, 98, 02007 Albacete (Spain).
By making a purchase, the customer accepts the conditions set out here.
1. Shipping origin and destinations
All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities in Albacete (Spain).
We ship to:

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (free shipping).

European Union.
-
International, including the United States and other countries.
If no shipping configuration is available for a specific region, the customer must enquire in advance by email at incidencias@cudeman.com to check whether delivery is possible.
2. Carrier
Shipments are made primarily with DHL, although Cudeman may use other logistics operators depending on availability or destination.
3. Delivery times
The average delivery time is 24 to 72 hours for Spain (mainland) and may vary for international shipments depending on the customer's location and stock availability.
If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped the same business day.
If it is not available, the customer will be informed by email and notified of the new estimated shipping time.
4. Shipping costs

Spain (mainland): Free shipping.

International: The cost will be calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination country, duties and applicable customs policies.
Cudeman is not responsible for any taxes or customs duties applied in the destination country.
5. Order tracking
All shipments include online tracking, which will be provided to the customer automatically when the order is shipped.
6. Receipt of the order and claims
The customer must check the condition of the package at the time of delivery.
If a damaged product or any issue is detected, the customer must report it immediately at the time of delivery, providing:

Photographs of the damaged product.

Photographs of the packaging and the shipping label.
Claims must be sent exclusively to incidencias@cudeman.com.
Claims submitted through other channels will not be processed.
7. Returns
The customer bears the return shipping costs, as transport is a service external to Cudeman.
Returns will only be accepted for products that are:

Unused and untouched.

In their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, sharpened, modified or show signs of wear.
8. Age restrictions and legality
The sale of knives, pocket knives and other cutting items is restricted to persons over 18 years of age.
By making a purchase, the customer declares that they are of legal age.
All products sold by Cudeman are legal in Spain and hold the certifications and verifications of the Guardia Civil, the military corps also responsible for the control and supervision of cutlery products.
9. Restricted shipments
Some countries may have restrictions or limitations on the import of cutlery.
In case of doubt, the customer should enquire in advance at incidencias@cudeman.com before placing their order.
At present, shipments to Russia and certain Asian countries may not be available.
10. Lifetime warranty
Cudeman offers a lifetime warranty on all its products, provided the defect is one of manufacturing or materials.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper or excessive use of the product.

Natural wear from prolonged use.

Alterations, tampering or sharpening carried out by the customer.

Knocks, drops, or tip or blade breakage caused by prying or by tasks for which the product was not designed.
For example, if a pocket knife is used intensively on a daily basis and suffers excessive wear or blade damage, this will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
In the event of a warranty repair, the customer must bear the shipping costs of sending the product to Cudeman's facilities.
Once the item has been assessed, if the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the repair or replacement will be carried out at no additional cost to the customer.
11. Delays and force majeure
Cudeman is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery arising from causes beyond its control, such as:

Extreme weather conditions.

Strikes or labour disputes.

Customs holds.
-
Force majeure events.
In such cases, the order will be shipped as soon as the situation allows.
