By accessing or using this site, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must refrain from using our services or making purchases.
1. Purpose and scope of application
These Terms govern the use of the website and the purchase of products offered by Cudeman, a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of cutlery and related items.
The user undertakes to use the site and the products purchased in accordance with the legislation in force, good faith and generally accepted practice.
2. Conditions of access and use
Access to the online store is free of charge. However, in order to make purchases, the user must provide truthful and complete information and expressly accept these conditions.
Cudeman reserves the right to restrict or cancel access for any user who breaches these terms or makes fraudulent use of the site.
3. Products and availability
The items displayed in the store are subject to availability.
Cudeman strives to ensure that descriptions, images and prices are accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the absence of typographical or technical errors.
In the event of an error in an order, the customer will be informed and may choose between a full refund or replacement of the product.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include applicable taxes (VAT), unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Payment may be made using the methods indicated on the checkout page (credit/debit card or other methods available through Shopify).
The purchase becomes effective once payment has been confirmed. Cudeman shall not be liable for errors of the payment gateway or banking institutions.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times will depend on product availability and the shipping address.
Cudeman shall not be liable for delays beyond its control (such as strikes, force majeure or carrier incidents).
Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Act).
For a return to be processed, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The customer must first contact cudeman@cudeman.com to arrange the return process.
Returns will not be accepted for personalised products or products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
7. Product warranty
All Cudeman products carry the statutory warranty established under Spanish law (Ley 7/2021), which covers manufacturing defects for three years from delivery.
Damage arising from improper use, lack of maintenance, tampering or improper sharpening is excluded.
8. Liability
Cudeman shall not be liable for damage or harm arising from the improper use of its products, especially in the case of cutting or piercing items.
The purchaser declares that they are of legal age and will use the products in accordance with the law and their intended purpose.
Irresponsible or dangerous use of knives or pocket knives is the sole responsibility of the user.
9. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the website, including images, text, logos, trademarks, designs and structure, is the property of Cudeman or of third parties who have authorised its use.
Its reproduction, distribution or modification without express written authorisation is prohibited.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this same website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (Spanish Data Protection Act).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising in connection with the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Albacete, unless the law provides otherwise.
