All Cudeman products are designed and made in our workshop in Albacete, Spain, since 1988. Each piece goes through more than 50 production stages and 85% of the process is done by hand or by artisans; only laser cutting and heat treatment are done by specialists.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Mainland Spain: 24/48 working hours, free on orders over €50 (€4.99 below that). Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday ship the same day. Balearic and Canary Islands: €8.90. European Union: €16.99. Rest of the world: DHL, price depending on destination.
What does the warranty cover?
Cudeman offers a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing or material defect. It does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse (such as prying, throwing a knife not designed for it or extreme batoning).
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. Natural materials (wood, antler) and Juma resin vary in grain and colour from piece to piece; those differences are not a defect.
Is it legal to carry a knife in Spain?
Sales are for adults only. Blade length alone does not decide whether a knife can be carried: carrying it outside your home, work or the activity it is used for is restricted (art. 146 of Royal Decree 137/1993). Read our up-to-date guide on the blog.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with Klarna you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments. You can also pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
Do you offer personalised engraving?
Yes. On most knives and folding knives you can add a laser engraving for €5: a name, or a name plus a logo. Choose it on the product page before adding to cart.
